(VOVWORLD) - UN special representative in Libya Stephanie Williams on Sunday hailed the productivity of talks in Hurghada between Libya’s warring parties.

Williams said trust is being built between the delegations and there is hope that the negotiations will reach a permanent ceasefire agreement.

Previous talks in Hurghada in late September achieved an agreement to work on the release of all prisoners and allow oil and gas facilities to resume their production and export activities.
