Chairman of the Ha Giang Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Son said: “Along with pride is our responsibility to preserve our intangible cultural heritages. The culture, sport and tourism sector, the People's Committee of Hoang Su Phi district, local authorities need to build programs to further promote the values of ethnic cultural heritages."

"We also need to encourage local people to actively participate in spreading and practicing traditional rituals in the community, thereby promoting and building attractive cultural tourism products and services to generate income and improve people's living standards,” said Mr. Son.
