Professor Ngo Bao Chau addresses the inauguration

(VOVworld) – Professor Ngo Bao Chau, Director of the Vietnam Institute for Advanced Study in Mathematics inaugurated a “Talent Incubator” program in Ha Long city on Saturday. The program aims to train math talents in Quang Ninh province and Vietnam. A non-profit Talent Incubator Company was established to realize the goals of training excellent students and high-quality human resources for Quang Ninh province.
