Delivering gifts to the school in Son Dong Commune, Ben Tre City, Prime Minister Chinh said that in 32 years since its inception, the School for Children with Disabilities has made great efforts to fulfill the task of taking care and raising students with disabilities, helping them to have confidence to grow up, integrate into society, and take care of themselves. “This humane model affirms the good nature of the Party and State with the motto "leaving no one behind", the Prime Minister said.

"More resources are needed to care for and raise children with disabilities. First of all, we must take care of and help the children have faith to forget their disadvantages and teach them knowledge and be well-behaved. Raising children requires perseverance, patience, dedication, and even love. I hope the teachers will try your best with maximum responsibility,” he added.

PM Chinh urged for specific, special and appropriate policies for those children who are in a very pitiful circumstance.

Also on Wednesday morning, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh inspected the Rach Mieu 2 bridge project and surveyed the coastal route of Ben Tre.
