The Prime Minister said that Vietnam conducts digital transformation in a holistic, interconnected approach and promotes public-private cooperation. He added Vietnam has adopted a national digital transformation program to 2025 with a vision to 2030, focusing on three pillars: digital government, digital economy and digital society. In that process, Vietnam identifies the people as the center and the players and the country boasts a golden population structure with a large, agile and potential young workforce for digital transformation.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said e, Vietnam will continue to fine-tune its digital transformation institution, allocate financial resources for digital transformation in an appropriate, effective and scientific manner, invest in technology, and improve national governance.
According to the Prime Minister, Vietnam's policy is to rapidly modernize the financial and banking sectors so that they can take the lead in digital transformation. He affirmed that like other countries, Vietnam has its own approach, suitable to its conditions and circumstances, but not separate from the general approach of the world.
