In the document to heads of ministry-level and Government agencies, chairpersons of the centrally-run municipal and provincial People’s Committees, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said that as Vietnam is safely, flexibly adapting to and effectively controlling the pandemic while gradually re-opening its economy, agencies concerned and localities need to promptly build a plan and roadmap to open the door to international tourism activities.

They were assigned to hold seminars gathering experts, scientists and managers to reach their consensus and promote information and communication on ensuring safety for tourists and the message "Vietnam is a safe destination."
