He asked for tighter management to avoid losses in construction projects and finalize the legal system to promptly remove barriers and difficulties faced by investment projects.

“We should focus on resolving immediate problems which have affected the construction progress, quality, and disbursement of medium term public investment capital in 2018. We now have 12 laws, 100 decrees, and hundreds of circulars which have created overlaps in management. It’s the biggest challenge to construction investment that needs to be resolved.”

Prime Minister Phuc called for efforts to standardize and publicize administrative procedures and working methods to improve the sense of responsibility of state employees.
