(VOVworld)- Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has urged students of Hai Phong University to be determined to study hard and nurture their dreams to become useful citizens of the society.

At a meeting in Hai Phong city on Sunday, PM Phuc said students are a valuable recourse for national construction: “Students should have ambitions and nurture dreams, constantly study and improve yourself. If the whole country Vietnam is engaged in start-ups, students should be the first to do this. Students, who have a lot of creative ideas reflected in such competition as the robot making events, are significant contributors to society”.

PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc said the Party, State, government and people consider education and training a primary national policy and a factor that decides the success of the national industrialization and modernization. He asked the Ministry of Education and Training and Hai Phong city authorities to create favorable conditions for Hai Phong University to become one of the leading tertiary education institutions of Vietnam.
