Mr. Chinh underscored the importance of these railway projects to national socio-economic development.
At the 10th Plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee last month, the Party Central Committee agreed on the investment of the North-South high-speed railway project with the viewpoint of working forward, not retreating.
The Prime Minister requested ministries and sectors to focus compiling the project before submitting it to the Party Central Committee and the National Assembly. The project should also recommend methods to mobilize resources and other necessary conditions for the project’s implementation.
