President Phuc, who leads the Steering Committee for the Project, worked with the Editorial Team on the first draft of the Project on Sunday.

It took more than 10 months for the Editorial Team to complete the first draft which was submitted to the Steering Committee as planned.

The draft project refers to the Platform on national construction, the 2013 Constitution, the resolutions of the Party Central Committee, especially of the 13th National Party Congress and adds many new points in order to create a drastic change in building and perfecting the law-governed socialist state in Vietnam.
