The President and delegates recalled the glorious history of the armed force and the victory. The President said that the Ha Noi - Dien Bien Phu in the air victory was a historical landmark in the national history leading to the signing of the Paris Accord in 1973. He praised the brave fighting spirit of the army and the people as well as valuable support by international friends and hoped that the veterans will continue to pursue their characters of Uncle Ho’s soldiers.
