In the Letter, the President acknowledged and praised the efforts and achievements of the education sector and thanked all educators. He said that the Vietnamese education is required to enhance capacity, quality and morality of teachers.

President Phuc asked the whole society to join hands with the education sector to remove difficulties, overcome weaknesses, stay united, and raise the level of education in Vietnam, realizing the aspiration to build a prosperous and happy country.
