(VOVworld)- President Truong Tan Sang on Wednesday paid a working visit to the southern province of Dong Thap and the relic in memory of Nguyen Sinh Sac, President Ho Chi Minh’s father. The President praised local authorities and people for their efforts in preserving the relic, creating works featuring Nguyen Sinh Sac and revitalizing his revolutionary activities. The President presented gifts to Nguyen Thi Sanh in Hoa An commune, Cao Lanh city whose family helped Nguyen Sinh Sac in carrying out his revolutionary activities in the province. The same day, President Truong Tan Sang visited some models of the new rural development program and visited Hoa An commune, whose development was funded by the President.
