During his speech, President Truong Tan Sang underlined the political, economic, and cultural climate of Nam Dinh province. The Ho Chi Minh order was awarded by the Party and State for Nam Dinh province’s contributions to the nation. “I ask the provincial Party Committee and the people to carry out the resolution issued at the 11th Party Congress on party building, to halt deterioration in political ideology, morality, and the lifestyles of Party members. This will build a transparent and strong party organization that can foster the people’s trust.
