President Phuc, who heads a steering committee for reviewing 10-year implementation of the Resolution, requested that the review should be carried out comprehensively, seriously, practically, and effectively. Its must be in line with the functions and tasks of each ministry, sector, locality and unit.

He asked the Standing Body of the Steering Committee to urgently complete the Working Regulations, the Editorial Team and the Action Plan of the Steering Committee, which will be submitted to the President for approval and promulgation.
