In his address, the President stressed the need to improve the performance of investigation agencies to fulfill assigned tasks while ensuring human rights and citizen rights.

President Phuc said it’s important to strengthen the implementation of the judgement of criminal cases toward better ensuring human rights, enhancing coordination between agencies in implementing judgement of criminal, civil, and administrative cases, and upgrade infrastructure to better serve the judgement and judicial reform.
