President Phuc praised positive contributions made by the Ambassador to sustainable and efficient development in bilateral ties on the basis of respecting independence, national sovereignty, territorial integrity and each other’s political institutions for mutual benefit. He expected the Ambassador on his new post would continue to support stable and long-term bilateral ties and resolve economic and trade issues well for both peoples’ benefit.
Ambassador Kritenbrink said he was a friend of Vietnam in whatever position he held and would contribute more to bilateral relations in the region and the world.
