President Cuong told the ceremony, “The noble order that I am honored to receive today is an encouragement for me to work harder, together with Peruvian friends, to unceasingly cultivate the cooperative relationship between Vietnam and Peru to substantive and effective development, aiming for new heights, for the benefit of the two peoples, for peace, stability and prosperity in the two regions and the world.”
“The Sun of Peru” Order presentation demonstrates the special affection of the State and People of Peru for Vietnam as well as the respect for the friendship between the two countries amid the 30th anniversary of bilateral diplomatic ties this year.
