(VOVworld) – A ceremony and a seminar on President Ho Chi Minh in Kiev have attracted the attention of the Vietnamese people working and living in Ukraine as well as local people.

At a high school in Kiev named after President Ho Chi Minh

As part of activities to mark the 124^th birth anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh, the event was held on Monday by a Ukrainian High School named after President Ho Chi Minh and the Vietnamese Embassy in Kiev. Ekaterina Nhikolaievna is the manager of the Ho Chi Minh High School museum that preserves a number of valuable documents and artifacts about President Ho Chi Minh: "We have received many special Vietnamese guests including members of the Vietnam-Ukraine Friendship Association. We were much honored to receive Vietnam’s former President Tran Duc Luong when he was visiting Ukraine. Many Vietnamese artists and famous people, including the first Vietnamese citizen in space Pham Tuan, also paid visits to our school. Our museum stores a number of valuable artifacts including those of celebrities that have Ho Chi Minh’s signature on them as well as photos of Ho Chi Minh during his visit to Ukraine."

On this occasion, various activities are being held by the Ho Chi Minh School and the Vietnamese Embassy in Ukraine to promote the image of Vietnam.
