The 165-million-USD project using the Vietnamese government budget and the WB’s Official Development Assistance will be implemented from now until 2019 in Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Gia Lai, Kon Tum, Quang Ngai, and Quang Nam provinces.

The project aims to raise people’s living conditions by developing sustainable livelihoods in poor communes, upgrading communal and village infrastructure, improving capacity, communications, and project management.

The project will allocate 12 million USD for 15 remote communes in Quang Nam province, benefiting about 7,500 people.
