EU chief negotiator Michel Barnier |
He blamed the UK for lacking of commitment on important topics, putting forward no legal text in fisheries negotiations.
Mr. Barnier said the UK has imposed unacceptable apposition point of view in negotiating an extension for Brexit transition.
The UK government said both sides will not reach any reasonable agreement if the EU continues to put forcing conditions on the UK and is not fully aware of the UK’s departure from the bloc.
The two sides will have 2 more negotiation rounds before the UK decides whether or not requesting for Brexit transition extension in the end of June. The next round will take place on May 11.
