Negotiations on a new trade deal between Britain and the EU’s 27 members, suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, resumed on Monday. The next round of talks will begin on May 11.
After an online talk with his British counterpart David Frost, Barnier said that the two sides must advance in all areas to see significant progress by June. He said there are still major differences to resolve.
