During the meeting in Hanoi on Saturday, Ms Truong Thi Mai congratulated the 28 diplomats and wished for their successful completion of their mission. She called for pioneer role by the foreign affairs sector to mobilize external resources, help 5 million overseas Vietnamese integrate with local community and overcome difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic while contributing more to national development.
