At reception in Hanoi on Friday for Thai ambassador to Vietnam Manopchai Vongphakdi, who came to say goodbye, PM Phuc applauded the ambassador for accomplishing his mission, which he said has left good impression on Vietnamese people and contributed to the two countries’ friendship. He added that Mr. Vongphakdi’s effective activities will be a good lesson for the upcoming ambassador to learn from to promote Vietnam-Thailand relations.   PM Phuc also sent greetings to Thai Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha on Thailand’s New Year festival.
