Mr. Chinh called on Scotland to facilitate Vietnam’s access to its market and help Vietnam obtain COVID-19 vaccine and other essential medical supplies.
Ms. Sturgeon said she supports Prime Minister Chinh’s proposals, adding that Scotland is ready to share its experience and cooperate with Vietnam in developing inshore wind power.
She said she hopes for stronger ties in human resources development and welcomes Vietnamese students who want to study in Scotland.
