They discussed a project on relocating VNU and other universities to the Hoa Lac zone on the outskirt of Hanoi in order to build a city of university. PM Phuc said the State pays great attention to infrastructure investment for universities across the country.

"It’s vital to reform universities and deploy state capital on land clearance to construct a city of university. Any university is welcomed to join the Vietnam National University system to become a specialized university," he noted.
