 He met with his Thai counterpart Prayut Chan-ocha and witness the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Kasikorn Bank and the Vietnamese Ministry of Planning and Investment’s Enterprise Development Agency later the same day.

On Saturday, PM Phuc will attend the opening ceremony of ACMECS 8 and CLMV 9. He will also meet with leaders of countries who are attending the summits.
