(VOVworld)- Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung will hold a dialogue with the participants attending the 10th National Congress of the Youth Union. The dialogue is of great importance to the Congress as well as to the youth union movements. During the dialogue, the delegates will submit the Prime Minister proposals on policies and mechanism in education, training, and human resource development. They will also touch upon jobs for the youths and the government’s solutions in implementing the Development Strategy of the Vietnamese Youths in the 2011-2020 period.
