PM Chinh is scheduled to meet UAE Minister of Human Resources and Emiratization and UAE Minister of Economy Abdulla Bin Touq Al-Marri before attending COP28.
The PM will co-chair an event to mobilize funds for achieving Vietnam's climate change commitments. He will also deliver a speech at the announcement ceremony for Vietnam’s Resource Mobilization Plan under the Just Energy Transition Partnership, meet with leaders of international organizations and large UAE corporations, and speak at the Vietnam-UAE Business Forum.
