PM Chinh said the world saw complex and unpredictable changes in May, including trade tensions, armed conflicts, and non-traditional security threats, which impacted the global economy, including major markets and supply chains.

The Prime Minister said Vietnam is focused on restructuring the political system’s organizational apparatus, establishing a two-tier local administration model, rolling out drastic measures to ensure at least 8% growth for this year and respond to the US's new tariff policy, implementing the Politburo's four key resolutions, preparing for the National Assembly’s ninth session, and organizing the celebration of major anniversaries.

The Government has issued solutions to ensure the electricity supply during peak months this year. There should be no power shortage under any circumstances. The PM said many countries, partners, and prestigious international organizations have praised Vietnam's socio-economic development.
