PM Chinh, who also heads the steering committee, said that restructuring the apparatus is a particularly important, complicated, and sensitive. He requested that this task be implemented consistently, rapidly, resolutely, democratically, objectively, and with high determination.

The PM asked sectors and agencies under the Government to set up steering committees or working groups to immediately carry out the necessary tasks, which, he said, should go hand in hand with the restructuring of related Party organizations.
