At the hybrid talks, business people expressed their commitment to operating in accordance with the law and building business ethics, culture, integrity, and social responsibility. Big firms reiterated their efforts to pioneer and lead small and medium-sized enterprises, who voiced their determination to grow. Vinamilk CEO Mai Kieu Lien said that the Party’s resolution and the Government’s policies are very clear, so it’s now time to focus on implementation.

“If everyone supports the Government’s initiative to implement as correctly and fully as the Government's policies have been set out, I think all businesses will thrive and that is a world trend. We do not only need GDP growth, not only revenues, but also sustainable development. We must comply with the law, we must not benefit ourselves and harm others. Such businesses will develop sustainably,” according to Lien.

Speaking at the event, Prime Minister Chinh said the resolutions of the Politburo, National Assembly, and Government are in sync and complete, it’s important that the implementation is done well and effectively.

“Of course it must be done, but before doing it, we must "think deeply, do big", think maturely. On that basis, we must know how to do it most effectively. How to promote nearly one million enterprises and five million business households, how to capitalize on the ability to make contribution. Each person contributes, each household contributes, then the whole society will have great resources. By doing so, we can turn around the situation and steer the country to rapid and sustainable development,” PM Chinh said.
