The PM asked all stakeholders to ensure timely implementation that gives due attention to technical, aesthetic, and environmental standards and the livelihoods of residents.
Mr. Chinh highlighted the Hung Phu Industrial Park project in Thai Binh province as a role model of public private partnership, and urged Thai Binh province to ensure smart management, high-tech investment, and green, sustainable development.
He called on ministries and localities to accelerate progress and strive for completion by 2026 to bring early socio-economic benefits to the province and the nation.
