PM Chinh emphasized the need to further expand the scale of collaboration with the ADB, proposing it continue to provide concessional loans for Vietnam’s emerging sectors such as digital transformation, green transition, cloud computing, and large-scale strategic infrastructure projects.

He expressed his desire for ADB's funding for offshore wind power, standard railway, urban metro line, high-speed rail, and anti-erosion projects.

The ABD President said the bank is ready to support Vietnam in achieving net-zero emissions by 2050.

The ADB President himself pledged to continue supporting Vietnam in policy consultancy, especially macroeconomic, monetary, and fiscal policies, to ensure major balances, control inflation, promote growth, develop a green economy, digital economy, and circular economy, and help Vietnamese enterprises participate more deeply in the global supply chain.
