Plane crash in South Sudan kills 20

The aircraft crashed just 500 meters from the runway shortly after takeoff en route to the capital, Juba. The accident occurred around 10:30 a.m. local time, leaving only one survivor.

The government expressed deep condolences to the victims’ families and stated that an urgent investigation is underway to determine the cause of the crash.
