(VOVworld) – More than 100 photos on President Ho Chi Minh and traditional relations between Vietnam and Algeria are on display at an exhibition at the headquarters of Algeria’s ruling National Liberation Front (FLN) party to mark the 125th birth anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh.

Spokesperson for FLN party, Bouhedja Said, said many significant events will take place in Vietnam in 2015 and Algeria will organize activities to show solidarity and friendship with Vietnam. Bouhedja Said also talked about President Ho Chi Minh as a great talented leader but led a simple life.
In Ukraine, the Ukraine-Vietnam Friendship Association and Vietnamese embassy in Ukraine opened a photo exhibition on President Ho Chi Minh at the National Parliamentary Library of Ukraine in Kiev. Vietnamese ambassador to Ukraine Nguyen Minh Tri spoke highly of the effort by the Ukraine-Vietnam Friendship Association to collect precious photos and documents on President Ho Chi Minh and his activities in Ukraine. He said the exhibition is a meaningful and practical activity to mark the 125th birth anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh and helps promote images of Vietnamese land and people to Ukrainian people.
