The listed destinations received the annual Traveller Review Awards based on 240 million received data.

The top 10 friendliest cities and localities in Vietnam in 2023 voted by Booking.com, are: Phong Nha (Quang Binh), Ninh Binh, Hoi An (Quang Nam), Hue (Thua Thien - Hue), Mai Chau (Hoa Binh), Tuy Hoa (Phu Yen), Con Dao (Ba Ria - Vung Tau), Dong Hoi (Quang Binh), Cat Ba (Hai Phong), and Sa Pa (Lao Cai).

According to Booking.com, hotels continue to take the top spot as the most-awarded property type in Vietnam, with 4190 partners being recognized for their efforts. Apartments claim the second spot, followed by homestays, guest houses and hotels. Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Lat (Lam Dong) are the localities with the highest number of award-winning accommodations in Vietnam.
