Binh Thuan tourism sector is developing a plan to welcome domestic tourists and foreigners living and working in Vietnam, while continuing to prevent and control the COVID-19 pandemic.

Accordingly, the reception of guests is divided into two phases. Phase 1 starts from October 20 to December 25, involving hotels recognized as 3-5 stars or equivalent, travel services, and attractions that meet safety criteria recognized by the Provincial People’s Committee. The pilot area is mainly in Phan Thiet city.

Phase 2 begins after phase 1’s review and assessment for further reopening expansion.

Binh Thuan’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has coordinated with the Department of Health to complete the COVID-19 vaccination for 2,900 tourism staffers before October 15.
