"Finally, it is necessary to exploit and bring into full play all the potentials and advantages of each locality and area and transform from manual work and assembling to designing and manufacturing in Vietnam. We also need to focus on developing high-tech services and promoting industrial services,” he said.

Mr. Anh stressed the need to work out specific steps for national industrialization and modernization, including identifying prioritized sectors for development, active international integration, promoting a start-up spirit and creativity, and bringing into full play the vanguard role of Vietnam’s intellectuals and entrepreneurs.
