(VOVworld) - Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong received a Communist Party of China delegation led by Han Zheng Politbureau member and Party Secretary of Shanghai city.

Mr Trong expected the visit to promote bilateral relations and reiterated Vietnam's wish to promote friendship neighborliness with China. He asked for more implementation of leaders' common awareness and promote cooperation for peace, stability and friendship. The Chinese guest said China valued comprehensive strategic cooperation with Vietnam.
The Chinese delegation was received by Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue and Hanoi's Party Chief Hoang Trung Hai.
