The Lao senior official congratulated the great and comprehensive achievements Vietnam has recorded in recent years, believing that under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam led by the General Secretary, the Vietnamese people will continue to gain many more and greater achievements in the renovation process, successfully implementing the Resolution of 13th National Party Congress.
Party General Secretary Trong congratulated Laos on its achievements after two years of implementing the Resolution of the 11th National Party Congress, which he said includes the very important contribution of the Party Central Committee Office.
Mr. Trong called on the two Party Central Committee Offices to promote their traditions, closely coordinate and exchange theoretical and practical issues, and help each other in strategic work, effectively implementing the Cooperation Agreement between the two Offices and the Agreements between the two Parties' senior leaders.
