(VOVworld) - The Vietnam Bank for Social Policy (VBSP) provided preferential loans totalling 1.1 billion USD for 1.1 million clients in the first six months of this year. According to the VBSP, the loans enabled 660,000 students to pursue their studies, created 162,000 jobs including 3,400 abroad, and helped build 8,000 flood-proof houses in the Mekong Delta region.
