(VOVworld)- The Youth Union has celebrated 20 years of the Outstanding Vietnamese Youth Award, which is given to 10 outstanding young people every year. Over the past 20 years, the 200 honorees have excelled themselves in various areas.

First Secretary of the Youth Union Nguyen Dac Vinh was speaking in the ceremony in Hanoi on Tuesday:
“The Outstanding Vietnamese Youth Award is an honorable distinction of the Ho Chi Minh Youth Union. The honorees were selected thoroughly. Over the past 20 years, we have honored several outstanding young people”.
To mark the occasion, the 10 most outstanding young people of 2015 and the 10 most promising youths were honored.
