Speaking at the event, National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan expressed her wish that children nationwide will continue to promote national tradition, follow Uncle Ho’s teachings, study harder, and actively participate in social activities.

She urged local authorities and social organizations to improve the protection and care for children, particularly those in unfortunate circumstances.

Mrs. Ngan gave Certificates of Merit to the outstanding children.
