“This year's event calls on the community to join hands in humanitarian activities, thus popularizing the kindness and meaningful actions towards building a community of solidarity and compassion,” said Chairwoman of the Society Bui Thi Hoa at a press conference in Hanoi on Monday.

During Humanitarian Month 2022, the Red Cross Society will launch programs to raise funds for disadvantaged fishermen, and improve nutrition for poor and disabled children.
