Co-organized by the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV) and the Norwegian Embassy in Vietnam, the event was held both online and offline in Hanoi and Oslo. The Foreign Minister’s presentation concluded with a strong affirmation of the value of the multilateralism spirit that countries need to develop. Participants also discussed future cooperation and their determination to reinforce the multilateral system.
