(VOVworld) – Lao Cai province hosted a discussion last weekend to prepare for National Tourism Year 2017, which should unveil the hidden charm of the distinctive cultures being preserved by ethnic minorities. Lao Cai is tasked with designing a detailed plan and monitoring activities of National Tourism Year 2017, which will take place in Lao Cai and other northwestern provinces. Lao Cai was asked to improve its infrastructure for events in 2017.
