The North's state-run Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) said in a commentary that the 10th security meeting pursues the aim of realizing a US scenario to internationalize a naval interception operation against North Korea. The commentary said that is the time to reject cooperation with foreign forces and join the trend of improving North-South relations and moving toward reunification through North-South cooperation.
The latest criticism against South Korea's security policy comes as the North prepares to hold summits with the leaders of South Korea and the US in April and May.
