The KCNA said that the missile with “advanced control guidance technologies” will make a great contribution to the country’s defense technology and improve the underwater capacity of the navy.

South Korea on Tuesday said the missile was fired from the sea near the port city of Sinpo, home to a North Korean shipyard. This was North Korea’s 8^th missile test this year.
