The Prime Minister said he hopes journalists with the Nhan Dan newspaper will be firm in their political stance, improve their expertise, and adapt themselves to contemporary press styles to preserve the newspaper’s pioneering role in communicating the Party’s ideology.
Vietnam has gained numerous achievements in the past 35 years of Party-led “Doi Moi” (Renewal) efforts. The 13th National Party Congress set targets, directions, and solutions for Vietnam’s breakthrough development. The efforts of the Party and the people, especially the revolutionary press, are the key to realizing the resolution.
Prime Minister Phuc asked the Nhan Dan newspaper to continue disseminating the resolution of the 13th National Party Congress to inspire in all people patriotism, national spirit, great national unity, and the aspiration to rise up. The newspaper was asked to encourage innovation and technological application. The Prime Minister asked the newspaper to update its coverage of Party building and Party leadership improvement.
